Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

We kindly ask you to check the updated information added to all the application forms of the courses for which we are currently enrolling (Summer School, Camp for Youth, Online lessons) - they concern legal aspects related to the state of the epidemic in Poland. Thank you for your understanding and we offer our help.

Conditions of enrollment

Participants must be at least 18 years of age on the day the program commences. Candidates should send their applications either directly to the School or through an institution which cooperates with the School.

 

Enrollment letters will be sent to applicants immediately upon receipt of the application form, the consent to the processing of personal data as well as a non-refundable prepayment of 500 PLN.

 

Prepayments can be made either by credit card or bank transfer (see PAYMENT section below).

 

The enrollment letter is the sole confirmation that your name is on the list of participants! If you do not receive an enrollment letter, please contact the School office.

 

Participants are responsible for their own insurance!

 

Participants who intend to arrive with their children should remember that the School does not provide child care.

 

PAYMENT

The cost of all programs, quoted in Polish Zlotys (PLN), is listed in the PROGRAMS section.

 

 

The cost is listed in two versions:

• package price: tuition and Polish language textbook, all complementary programs, permanent assistance of qualified personnel, room and board, prepayment

• academic program only: tuition, Polish language textbook, and prepayment.

 

Payment in two steps:

 

Step one: 500 PLN non-refundable prepayment can be remitted by bank transfer or credit card. Please indicate your preference on the application form:
 

Credit card – please provide full credit card information.

Bank transfer – following receipt of your application form we will e-mail you the individual bank account number to which you should transfer prepayment.

 

The enrollment letter will be sent to you immediately after we receive the application form and prepayment. The enrollment letter is the sole document confirming that your name is on the list of participants! If you do not receive the enrollment letter, please contact the School office.

 

Step two: the remainder – full price minus prepayment

– can be remitted by bank transfer to the previously assigned account, or by credit card. Please indicate your preference on the application form.

 

Deadline for full payment is:

 

• programs A, B and C - June 26, 2020
• program D - July 17, 2020

Please mail or fax a copy of the bank transfer to the School address, or bring it with you.

All bank charges must be covered by the participant!

 

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS:

• four-, six- and three-week programs which begin on July 6: May 31, 2020

• three-week program which begins on July 27: June 30, 2020

• or until there are places available.

 

ADDITIONAL REMARKS:

• The price of the program remains the same, regardless of the intensity of the language course or number of other (afternoon) courses a participant takes within a four-, six-, or three-week program.
• Participants are responsible for their own insurance.
• We regret to inform you that in case of your earlier departure there will be no reimbursement for unused services.
• Scholarship information: unfortunately, the School cannot assist you in obtaining a scholarship. In this matter please contact the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA):
